Responsibilities

Identify suitable freelance projects on multiple platforms Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each client Communicate professionally with clients to clarify project requirements Track submitted proposals and follow up as needed Maintain records of bids, client interactions, and project outcomes Requirements

Proven experience in bidding / winning projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills Strong understanding of platform rules, algorithms, and best practices Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented Compensation

Salary : 25,000 to 40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) Remote position, flexible hours, full-time commitment preferred
