This role requires expertise in keyword hunting, bidding strategy optimization, and campaign design, with a strong focus on achieving a guaranteed minimum number of leads and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience running ads in the United States and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. Key Responsibilities :
Keyword Hunting : Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for various niches. Estimate the minimum number of clicks / impressions required to generate a guaranteed number of leads / conversions. Campaign Design & Management : Design and implement effective SEM campaigns tailored to clients' sales funnels. Optimize bidding strategies and ranges to maximize ROI. Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and sales processes to align SEM efforts with their objectives. Campaign Optimization : Rapidly test campaign variations to identify top-performing strategies at minimal ad spend. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes. Advanced Tracking & Analytics : Set up and manage advanced tracking capabilities using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools. Implement UTM parameters to track campaign performance and user journeys accurately. Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Monitor key metrics and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights. Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, including impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, and ROI. Bing Ads Management : Manage and optimize Bing Ads campaigns alongside Google Ads to expand reach and maximize results. Job Specification
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 2 years of experience after completion of undergraduate degree running SEM campaigns in the United States in a professional setting. Proven track record of managing successful SEM campaigns across various niches. Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant tools. Experience with UTM parameters and advanced tracking techniques. Familiarity with Bing Ads and cross-platform campaign management. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
