Role
We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the bridge between people and process. You’ll work closely with our HR Manager and leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding documentation, orientation sessions, and employee record updates.
- Support HR Manager in performance tracking, attendance, and policy implementation.
- Maintain internal HR dashboards and update employee status changes.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Address basic employee queries and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs and leaves / deductions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plusFamiliarity with HR software, Google Workspace, and Trello (a plus).Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through.What We Offer
