Job descriptionTEXtalks International. C-302, City Towers, Main Boulevard, Gulberg II, Lahore, Pakistan. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors. Identify new market opportunities to increase brand awareness and revenue. Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, paid ads, etc.). Ensure the brand’s message, voice, and image are consistent across all marketing materials and channels. Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and agencies to ensure content aligns with brand strategy. Lead and mentor a marketing team or collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, etc.) to achieve marketing goals. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor the performance of all marketing activities using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and partners. Work with PR teams to manage media relations and create press releases when necessary. Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies. Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
