Esales / Marketing Officer

We are looking for young, energetic, talented, and sharp individuals, both males and females, who can speak fluent English confidently.

This is a fixed salary, no sales, and no target-based job.

The duties of the Marketing Officer include :

• Preparing, planning, and project managing advertising products from the company website.
• Creating marketing campaigns and collaborating with the company's external PR agency to execute them.
• Developing innovative ways to communicate the company's message to existing customers.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Planning and managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
• Developing and implementing internal marketing programs.
• Supporting the marketing manager in daily marketing activities.
• Planning, developing, and delivering campaigns within agreed timelines.
• Providing customer support via emails and calls.

Duty Timings :

We have a total of 10 vacancies : 5 for Customer Support Managers and 5 for E-sales and Marketing Managers.

Job Specification

We are seeking young, energetic, talented, and sharp individuals, both males and females, who can speak fluent English confidently for Customer Support (CCR).

This is a fixed salary, no sales, and no target-based job. The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities include resolving customer queries to their satisfaction, providing Word, Excel, and secretarial support to clients, managing communication via telephone, email, fax, and text messages, tracking queries and calls, assisting the admin manager with administrative tasks, and maintaining professional relations with customers.

Location : Outsourcing / Offshoring - Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
