JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Community Outreach Hygiene Promotor is to ensure the delivery of the WASH Hygiene promotion and community mobilization activities in the coordination and guidance of the Assistant, WASH - Hygiene Promotion or Officer WASH or WASH Manager or WASH Coordinator.
Conducting hygiene campaigns, house-to-house hygiene promotion, elaborating clear and adapted messages / activities for beneficiaries, and overseeing the hygiene promotion and other WASH activities conducted by the community volunteers.
The role provides data required in close cooperation with the team. Besides the Assistant, WASH - Hygiene Promotion ensures the capacity building of assigned local staff and stakeholders in WASH-related program implementation is delivered.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential functions under limited or basic living conditions and a working environment.
