Job Summary As a Remote Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers through virtual consultations, live chats, and calls. Your role is to deliver a luxurious, high-conversion shopping experience while building long-term customer relationships. You must possess native English fluency, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for high-end fashion and jewelry. Key Responsibilities 1) Provide personalized sales support to customers via phone, live chat, and email 2) Convert inquiries into purchases by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products 3) Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals 4) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product collections and brand story 5) Track and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner 6) Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs 7) Support virtual events or campaigns when needed Job Specification :

Requirements Native-level fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or luxury customer service (jewelry or fashion preferred)

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, email, and chat platforms

Flexible schedule to support customers across various time zones
