Writing

clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Develop

and

support

software including

applications, database integration, interfaces , and new functionality enhancements Coordinate

cross-functionally to ensure the project meets

business objectives

and

compliance standards Supports testing

and

deployment

of new products and features. Participate

in code reviews. Take

ownership

of project outcomes and drive the

resolution of challenges

with urgency and focus. Requirements

Strong

problem-solving

and

programming

skills. Proficiency in Ruby

and familiarity with

Scala , or willingness to learn Scala if not already experienced. 3+ years of experience

with

Ruby on Rails

in production environments. 2+ years of experience

in at least one of the modern

JavaScript front-end frameworks

(e.g.,

Stimulus, React, Vue, or Angular)

and UI design systems like

Tailwind CSS. Solid understanding of

functional programming, object-oriented design , and

database design principles. Excellent

communication

and

collaboration

skills. Experience with developing

Ruby gems, Flutter

AWS

is a huge bonus but not required.
