He or she should be willing to lead from the front and keep colleagues motivated. He or she should also mentor fellow colleagues and harmonize professional relations among team members.

• Advanced understanding and experience of using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword development basics
• Advanced Google search capability using operators
