At Smart Working, we’re pushing the boundaries of front-end architecture to deliver performant, maintainable, and user-focused applications. Join our high-performing engineering team as a Senior Front-End Developer (Vue / Nuxt), where you’ll design modern web applications with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Tailwind, while driving coding standards, mentoring developers, and shaping best practices across the squad.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable front-end solutions using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Establish and enforce coding conventions through code reviews, linting, and documentation
• Optimise front-end performance with tools and practices that scale to enterprise demands
• Mentor junior and midweight developers, sharing knowledge and guiding best practices
• Collaborate across teams (Product, UX, Back-End, QA) to translate requirements into clear technical solutions
