Assist to Manager Finance in banking and finance related matters. Posting of letter of Credit - LC related transactions, bank charges and lease related charges in the ERP systems. Calculation of mark-up on banking facilities i.e. FATR, FIM, TF and FATR II. Monthly working of mark-up provisions. Management of Insurance policies related to vehicle, stock, building, plant and machinery. Weekly Insurance working / endorsement of stock at Karachi terminal. Reconciliation of short term borrowings. Reconciliation of leased vehicles on monthly basis. Key Responsibilities :

Leased vehicle process handling. Insurance of vehicles and claims. Registration and transfer of vehicles. Coordination with banks in settlement of banking facilities like markup and lease etc. Reconciliation of third party vehicles. Monthly report of stock of banks.
