as a Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps. In this full‑time role based in Karachi, Pakistan, you will help transform client operations across diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven) ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.

Analyze business processes, translate client requirements into functional specifications, and configure the platform to meet those needs.

Design workflows, Power Automate flows, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Deliver end‑user training and develop adoption programs.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance system performance.

\ Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3‑5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE / Power Apps consultant, preferably with international clients.

Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira and experience working in Agile environments.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Microsoft certifications : MB‑210, MB‑230, MB‑240, PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑600.
