AZ Movers is looking to hire an Inside Sales representative and Administrator.

The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and is a professional team player with a personality to strive and grasp opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be someone looking to grow their abilities and be a motivated individual who is looking for future growth.

Who should apply?

  • Can work Full Time from 1pm-10pm (PST)
  • Experience in Sales
  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluently speak English
  • Communicate in English both verbally and in writing
  • Can work under high stress situations
  • High-speed Internet
  • Backup Electricity - UPS / Generator

    Responsibilities :

    What your day will look like :

  • First point of contact to all customers calling in
  • Provide support and assistance
  • Call all new inquiries within minutes of receiving them
  • Get quotes and estimates out to customers within 24 hours
  • Send out estimates, job sheets, invoices, and other paperwork where necessary
  • Keep customers and drivers updated during and after the moves have completed
  • Rigorous follow-ups to customers quoted or not answered
  • Liaise with contractors for information and estimates
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Please remember this is a high-paced environment; things need to be done fast and efficiently. Please do not apply if you can't be there from 1pm-10pm Mon-Fri, and on Saturday for 5 hours.
