Web Coordinator

Job Description

1. Website Management
- Manage and update website content using WordPress CMS.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor website performance, including page load speed, responsiveness and overall user experience.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any issues or errors.

2. Design and Layout
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.
- Ensure consistent branding and design elements across all web pages.
- Optimize website design for mobile devices and different screen sizes.

3. Website Optimization
- Conduct user research and analysis to optimize user behavior and preferences.
- Implement best practices to improve website usability and navigation.
- Continuously monitor and analyze website metrics to identify areas for improvement.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, design and development teams to ensure website projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

We are looking for

• Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, web design, computer science or a related field
• Experience: 3 - 5+ years

Skills

• 3-5+ years proven experience in website management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
