CA / ACCA (Qualified) Preferably from a Big 4 firm Must have experience working in a leading manufacturing concern or Retail chain. Preference given to those who currently are in Lahore and are open to relocate to Lilongwe, Malawi. Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Funding : Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead initiatives for syndicated and multilateral funding to support business growth. Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance overall performance. Financial Reporting : Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting to management and external stakeholders. Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations. Risk & Compliance : Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks. Capital & Treasury Management : Manage capital structure, oversee debt and equity financing, and maintain strong banking relationships. Ensure optimal liquidity and cash flow management. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) : Lead or support due diligence, negotiations and post‑acquisition integration processes. Cost & Tax Management : Implement cost control measures, drive operational efficiency and execute effective tax planning strategies. Team Leadership : Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Seniority level
