AI Solutions Developer

PURPOSE : We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Developer to design and deliver cutting edge Generative AI applications that integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise data and workflows. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and client facing, able to bridge hands on development with effective collaboration. With solid business understanding in Healthcare, Fintech or Industrial IoT, you will play a key role in translating business challenges into impactful AI solutions that drive real value for our clients. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s in Computer Science; MBA is a preferred. 4+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years working with international clients. Proven expertise in LangChain, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS). Strong backend development skills in Python (required), with Node.js experience considered a plus; proficiency in REST APIs, databases, and Git. Experience deploying and scaling solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with business knowledge in Healthcare, Fintech, or IIoT. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : RAG Development :

Design, build, and integrate RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.

Framework Integration :

Develop with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools to connect LLMs with structured and unstructured data. Workflow Engineering :

Implement prompt engineering, tool chaining, and agent-based workflows.

API & Dashboards :

Build supporting APIs, dashboards, and integrations to enhance usability.

Cloud Deployment :

Deploy and scale AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Solution Architecture :

Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution design.

Client Collaboration :

Participate in client calls, discovery workshops, and demos to ensure alignment with business needs.

Communication :

Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Quality Assurance :

Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.
