Minimum Education :

Bachelors (Business, Commerce or related field preferred) 1+ years of relevant experience. Numerical and financial analysis skills Understanding of financial services, banking products and banking operations Good understanding of AML / KYC Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel Communication, Conflict Management and Customer Service Skills Knowledge and experience of Islamic Banking Key Responsibilities : Ensuring the smooth processing of all functions related to general banking activities including customers’ transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Assisting customers with routine account related requests such as stop payments, updating of customer details, removal of dormancy etc. Recording denominations for all cash transactions, and requesting additional cash as and when required. Balancing, sorting and reconciling re-issuable / sorted, unsorted, soiled, defected and fresh currency notes before placing in vault at day-end. Safe-keeping / balancing of outstanding cheque books and captured ATM cards and ensuring that delivery / destruction is as per SOP / regulatory requirement. Liaising with all other teams (Branch Operations, Centralized Operations, Service Quality, Products, Compliance, Treasury, TROPS, Corporate Operations, Admin & Security, and HR) to ensure BAU, Floor Management, and Service Quality. Recovering applicable service charges on instruments / banking facility as per SOC Ensuring that all related GL accounts are reconciled and balanced with actual records at all times. Complying with Bank’s Policies and SOPs, SBP’s Prudential Regulations, AML / CFT / CPF / KYC / Sanctions Policy and other regulatory requirements. Ensure clean ratings in reviews / inspections of Quality Assurance Unit, Compliance, Internal, External and SBP Audits.
