Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and identifying potential clients in need of truck dispatch services. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of loads, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies and opportunities. Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Compensation
Note :
This is a recurring commission-based opportunity. We offer a recurring commission of 5% from the profit with uncapped earning potential, based on sales performance. Desired Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets. Knowledge of truck dispatch operations, logistics, and supply chain management is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. Must be able to work in US Time Zone. Location
