Lead Conversion and Sales Coordinator Job Brief

Position Overview The Lead Conversion and Sales Coordinator will play a hybrid role at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer engagement. This person will support the sales process end-to-end — from preparing client research and demo setups to managing ongoing coordination between internal teams and prospects. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and organization skills with enough technical fluency to navigate AI and conversational platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and test conversational app demos and AI agent demos for client presentations
Collaborate with the team to prepare customized demo environments tailored to client needs
Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, industries, and use cases to support pre-call preparation
Create one-page client briefing sheets summarizing key insights, use cases, and opportunities before meetings
Assist in managing the day-to-day sales operations process (sales pipeline tracking, deal progress, CRM updates)
Coordinate closely with the sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth client handoffs
Join client calls as needed — supporting the sales lead, taking notes, and following up on next steps
Help refine internal demo processes, templates, and sales documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales support, client success, or account coordination (preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech‑focused environments)
Strong communication and presentation skills — confident on client calls and internal syncs
Ability to understand and navigate web-based platforms or AI tools (no coding required, but technical comfort is essential)
Excellent organizational and research skills with strong attention to detail
Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and sales tracking tools
Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience preparing or running client demos for a tech product or platform
Familiarity with AI, automation, or conversational platforms.
Experience in a startup or early‑stage environment
