About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing and automating Zoho applications and integrating them with third-party platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing internal business processes and delivering tailored Zoho-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Zoho Expertise : Develop, customize, and manage Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, and Projects.

Workflow Automation : Design and implement complex workflows and business logic using Deluge scripting .

App Development : Build and maintain custom Zoho Creator apps including forms, dashboards, and reports.

API Integration : Connect Zoho with external tools (ERP, finance systems, CRMs) using Zoho REST APIs and other relevant technologies.

System Configuration : Configure and optimize Zoho applications to align with business requirements.

Support & Troubleshooting : Provide technical support, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Training & Documentation : Develop user manuals, training materials, and detailed technical documentation.

Feature Development : Contribute to feature enhancements based on evolving business needs.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and other Zoho suite apps.

Proven expertise in Deluge scripting and workflow customization.

Experience with Zoho REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Proficiency in web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .

Excellent communication and client interaction skills .

Zoho Developer Certification is a plus.
