Position : Video Editor (Motion Graphics)

Project Scope : 700-800 Real Estate Videos

Budget : PKR 1,200 - 1,400 per video (negotiable based on quality & experience)

Location : Remote (Pakistan-based preferred)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor specializing in motion graphics to create engaging real estate promotional videos. The project involves producing 700-800 videos, where each video will be crafted using provided scripts, voiceovers, images, and animations.

Responsibilities :

Edit and produce high-quality real estate motion graphic videos.

Use animations, transitions, text overlays, and stock images to enhance visuals.

Sync voiceovers with on-screen visuals for a smooth viewing experience.

Ensure consistency in branding, style, and quality across all videos.

Deliver videos in the required format and resolution.

Requirements :

Proven experience in motion graphics & video editing (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Ability to work with provided scripts, audio, and images.

Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in real estate or property video editing.

Knowledge of kinetic typography, infographics, and dynamic animations.

Ability to suggest creative improvements while adhering to guidelines.

Project Details :

Script & audio will be provided (no need for recording).

Animation & stock images will be used (some assets may be provided).

Long-term collaboration potential for the right candidate.
