Senior SEO Specialist - With leadership potential

We're seeking a talented and experienced SEO specialist to join our team as we embark on an exciting journey of growth. Starting with a focus on UK-based property websites, we aim to expand into a full-service digital marketing agency. Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, primarily for property-related websites
  • Conduct thorough website audits and keyword research
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, and internal linking
  • Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to the UK property market and related sectors
  • Build and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and local SEO
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
  • Collaborate with UK-based team members and clients
  • Be prepared to adapt strategies for potential expansion into related industries

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on the property or real estate sector
  • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building strategies
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
