Overview

The Chief Operating Partner / CxO will lead market opportunity discovery, value proposition definition, product / service launches, and interim leadership until external leadership is hired. This role involves working across ventures to drive strategic initiatives, operational execution, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Discover attractive market opportunities, Jobs To Be Done / customer pain points, and business models for new high-margin digital-first companies. Define the problems to be solved, target customers, rationale, and market size.
  • Define value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and financial model. Include unit economics, scaling levers and success metrics for 1-3 years.
  • Launch and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product / Service (MLP / S) using low / no code tools. Measure the KPIs that matter.
  • Lead as an interim founder until external leadership is hired. Help recruit. Support existing ventures when needed.
  • Rinse and repeat .

Requirements

  • Bias for action . Move with urgency and focus. You’re pragmatic, push forward when risks are low, and unblock yourself by finding answers and deciding fast. Understand one-way door vs revolving door decisions.
  • Courage under fire . You want a high-ownership role and are willing to get hands dirty, handling the full cycle from idea triage through pitching recommendations to Founding Partners.
  • No work is beneath you . You take initiative with a get-things-done attitude and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Strong opinions, loosely held . You love numbers and back decisions with data. You research topics, track KPIs, and may manually clean, crunch, and enrich data to support evidence-based decisions.
  • Optimism as an Operating System . Maintain a positive, composed approach under pressure, offer candid feedback, and foster repeat collaboration with colleagues.
