Job Description : We are seeking a customer-oriented and energetic
Call Centre Agent
to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and / or outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or marketing campaigns, as needed. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary. Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Follow communication scripts, company procedures, and policies. Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using computers and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
