This is a hands‑on outbound sales role with a strong emphasis on cold calling. You’ll be the first point of contact with healthcare providers, driving pipeline growth and opening doors for our founder. This role is ideal for someone eager to own outbound prospecting, work independently, and grow into running their own sales cycle in a fast‑moving startup environment.
The Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for all activities related to generating new leads and closing new sales opportunities. The candidate will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on day one by learning our systems and processes and customizing them for their own success.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead with cold calling; supplement with emails, texts, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Research and identify 3–5 decision‑makers per target account using Apollo, LinkedIn, and company websites
- Log and track all outreach in HubSpot CRM; maintain clean and updated records
- Book discovery calls for the founder; opportunity to eventually run your own Zoom discovery meetings and manage the full sales cycle
- Follow up with leads consistently and at agreed‑upon cadences
- Support founder with follow‑ups for warm prospects down the line
- Communicate proactively : ask clarifying questions and respond promptly to calls / texts
- Work independently and figure things out with limited training / support
