Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations Management

  • Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions to optimize workflows and performance.
  • Adapt and think strategically to understand how changes in one area affect others.
  • E‑commerce Expertise

  • Leverage deep knowledge of e‑commerce software.
  • Quickly learn new e‑commerce software and understand how various platforms interact.
  • Troubleshoot technical and strategic issues within Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps, including payment gateways like Recharge, email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, social platforms, and affiliate program management tools.
  • Create flows, campaigns, and segments; possess a strong understanding of the Klaviyo platform.
  • Analyze email marketing data to continuously improve.
  • Collaborate with the creative department to design emails.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and best practices to ensure a cutting‑edge e‑commerce presence.
  • Knowledge of Shopify's technical features and coding knowledge is a plus.
  • Collaborate with developer teams; clear communication of technical needs and comprehensive understanding are required.
  • Data Analysis

  • Knowledge of social media native platform features and analytics.
  • Post content and manage social media platforms as needed.
  • Experience managing social media shops such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is a plus.
  • Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Generate insightful reports to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
  • Evaluate website performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Customer Experience

  • Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Understand customer grievances and solve their issues.
  • Have a problem‑solving mindset and represent the brand.
  • Experience in customer service on a platform like Gorgias.
  • Have a strategic mindset to implement customer feedback.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements that enhance user satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Growth

  • Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, optimize email flows, and create high‑performing landing pages.
  • Identify and engage potential influencers and affiliates to expand outreach.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management

  • Oversee end‑to‑end fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
  • Proactively manage inventory and operational workflows to meet customer and business needs.
  • Team Development & Collaboration

  • Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and cheerfulness within the team.
  • Develop onboarding programs and provide continuous training to ensure team members are empowered and aligned with company goals.

  • Proven track record of at least one year of success in operations or e‑commerce management.

  • Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem, including apps for marketing, customer service, and analytics is a plus.
