Achieving individual sales targets

Daily meeting with sales team and managers

Smooth running of campaign assigned

Holding visits for sales meetings

Sending regular day plan

Attire and adherence to systems & rules & regulations

Performing assigned administrative work

Finding new donors / markets (segments) corporate, trader, individual

Campaign management & coordination

Sharing sales information and ideas with colleagues and giving sound advice
