About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Products Specialist to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our digital platforms. As a Digital Products Specialist, you will play a key role in the development, optimization, and management of innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure our products meet user expectations, align with business goals, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product features, user flows, and technical requirements.
- Write and review code snippets for prototypes, automation scripts, and product enhancements (HTML / CSS / JS or Python preferred).
- Create dashboards and reports to track product KPIs, user engagement, and feature adoption.
- Analyze and present usage data via weekly and monthly reports to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement and decision making.
- Provide strategic input for product positioning and differentiation.
- Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and analytics.
- Collaborate with design teams to improve UI / UX based on user behavior and feedback.
About You
The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.2+ years of experience in digital product development, UX / UI, or technical product roles.Proficiency in basic coding (HTML / CSS / JS or Python) and data tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI).Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Trello, and CMS platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced digital environment.Proficiency in Office Suite.Seniority Level
