Ecommerce Specialist (Part-Time | Remote)

is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for an experienced
Ecommerce Specialist
to manage and grow two creative online businesses — starting with a jewellery store, followed by a photography studio.
We’re looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in dropshipping, digital marketing, and online store optimization. Your primary focus will be on boosting online sales, optimizing website performance, managing ad campaigns, and handling social media content for the jewellery brand. Once the jewellery business is streamlined, you’ll shift focus to expanding the digital presence and client base of the photography studio.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize website design, structure, and performance to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Set up, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive jewellery sales.
Enhance and maintain the Squarespace website for a seamless, visually appealing shopping experience.
Plan and create engaging social media content that aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost visibility and organic traffic.
Write SEO-optimized blog posts and product descriptions to strengthen online presence.
Monitor analytics and provide actionable insights on campaign and website performance.
Utilize CRM tools like Dubsado for lead management, client communication, and workflow automation.
Once the jewellery business is stable, support marketing and growth initiatives for the photography studio.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Dropshipping, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience in website optimization, paid advertising, and content strategy.
Basic knowledge of SEO, social media management, and content writing.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Dubsado.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Nice to Have
Background in jewellery, fashion, or photography industries.
Basic graphic design or photo-editing skills for campaigns.
Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
