Key Responsibilities :
Website Management :
Oversee and update the company’s website content.
Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and performs well.
SEO and Digital Marketing :
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Develop engaging content for social media channels and monitor performance.
Social Media Management :
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
Develop and post regular content to engage with followers.
Hiring and Recruitment :
Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners.
Conduct remote interviews via Zoom based on set criteria.
Coordinate with candidates and manage the hiring process.
Client Coordination :
Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries.
Follow up on sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Basic Bookkeeping and Scheduling :
Maintain basic bookkeeping records.
Create and manage staff rosters and schedules.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in website management and SEO.
Strong background in digital and social media marketing.
Experience in recruitment and conducting remote interviews.
