Legal & Corporate Counsel

Overview Manage worldwide IP rights of the company, including trademarks and design rights. This includes filing new applications, maintaining existing IP rights, defending IP rights in objections and oppositions with the relevant authorities. Manage, maintain and record all such IP rights and updates on Google Drive. Engage with law firms and legal attorneys globally for IP-related and other corporate matters. Carry out thorough and detailed legal research on corporate, trade and civil matters. Draft contracts and agreements of various kinds, including sponsorship, B2B, federation and international association partnership agreements, service and marketing agreements. File corporate legal and technical forms as required in the course of business. Assist marketing and B2B departments with ongoing distribution and sponsorship agreements and with reinstating any reported and removed authorized sellers / resources.

Responsibilities

Manage worldwide IP rights of the company, including trademarks and design rights.

File new IP applications and maintain existing IP rights; defend IP rights in objections and oppositions with relevant authorities.

Manage, maintain and record IP rights and updates on Google Drive.

Engage with law firms and legal attorneys globally for IP-related and other corporate matters.

Carry out thorough and detailed legal research on corporate, trade and civil matters.

Draft contracts and agreements of various kinds (sponsorship, B2B, federation agreements with International Associations, partnership agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements).

Manage, maintain and record all such agreements and their updates on Google Drive.

Report and remove unauthorized sources worldwide illegally selling RDX items on various platforms.

Manage, maintain and record all such illegal and unauthorized sources and their status on Google Drive.

Ensure platforms include but are not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other websites on the internet.

File corporate legal and technical forms on behalf of the company as mandatory in nature of business.

Assist marketing and B2B departments deeply with ongoing distribution and sponsorship agreements.

Assist B2B department with reinstating any reported and removed authorized sellers / resources.

Bachelor9s degree in Law from a UK university.
