About the Role

We’re looking for a Global Senior Technical Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting across multiple roles, functions, and regions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time engaging candidates through video and phone interviews, building pipelines, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across global markets.
• Conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week (5–6 hours / day).
• Evaluate candidates across both core / established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C / C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI / ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) following our Playbook and supportive documentation.
• Actively source and engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain large candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience in every interaction.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Ops to align on technical priorities.
