Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Scrum framework implementation across diverse teams.
  • Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Coaching teams and mentoring department heads to step into Product Owner roles.
  • Removing roadblocks and enabling teams to self-organize.
  • Driving collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master handling multiple squads (software & non-software).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum practices.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum Certification
