Job Title : Amazon Marketplace Manager Job Type : Full‑time / Remote Work Hours : PST Job Overview Our client, a rapidly growing DTC brand in the oral care space, is looking for a hands‑on Amazon Marketplace Manager to fully own and scale their Amazon presence end‑to‑end. This is a tactical and execution‑heavy role focused on driving sales growth, scaling reviews, maintaining account health, and optimizing performance metrics such as BSR, TACOS, and ROAS.
In this role, you will manage listings, oversee inventory workflows, coordinate with the Head of Growth on advertising, execute promotions, and use data and AI‑driven insights to accelerate marketplace performance.
Responsibilities
Own and grow the brand’s Amazon presence, increasing sales, visibility, and account footprint
Manage product listings (copy, images, compliance) to maximize discoverability and conversion
Monitor and improve KPIs : sales growth, organic rank, reviews, inventory turnover, in‑stock rate, TACOS, ROAS
Execute promotional campaigns and strategies during key sales periods
Coordinate with Head of Growth on AMS / AAP advertising execution
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, inventory accuracy, and timely launches
Leverage AI / automation tools for analytics, listing optimization, trend analysis, and workflow efficiency
Diagnose account health issues, implement fixes, and maintain best practices to scale Amazon sales
Hands‑on execution with vendors and freelancers (not managing a large team)

Must‑Have
Proven experience scaling D2C brands on Amazon
Strong tactical execution skills : listing optimization, QA, promotions, inventory workflows
Highly data‑driven with daily KPI monitoring habits
Experience with Amazon advertising
Familiarity with AI / automation tools for marketplace operations
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving
Ability to work cross‑functionally with vendors and internal teams
Self‑starter mentality — fast‑moving, organized, and accountable
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience managing Amazon accounts with high SKU volume or multi‑channel execution
