International Business Resources – General Manager. International Business Resources is a professional service provider operating from corporate offices in the World Trade Centre, Rawalpindi. We offer administrative and support services to businesses based in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. We are seeking a highly capable General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. This key leadership role involves the management of all office-based and remote employees, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery to our international clients. Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and staff. Act as the primary liaison between the Pakistan office and our global client base. Ensure staff tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Monitor employee performance and address any issues promptly and professionally. Oversee office discipline, including attendance and punctuality. Prepare and manage staff schedules and holiday rotas, ensuring appropriate staffing across contracts. Maintain a well-functioning office environment by coordinating with the property management company and external service providers (e.g., internet, electricity) to resolve any infrastructure or facility issues efficiently and cost-effectively. Job Specification

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Strong IT proficiency, including the use of email and office software. Proven people management and leadership abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
