Job Description
- Conceptualizing and creating a wide variety of creative content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook groups
- Managing and overseeing social media content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook groups
- Developing and executing short-term and long-term creative strategies for social media
- Capitalizing on popular trends and brainstorming ideas to attract the target audience
- Developing and managing our social media aesthetic
- Creating interactive posts and stories to engage with the audience and increase engagement
- Setting up, managing, and monitoring the day-to-day performance of campaigns across multiple channels
- Generating user content on a daily and weekly basis
- Managing content creation, including our content program as well as user-generated content, from planning and scripting to execution
- Working closely with the Design team to come up with creative and fresh ideas on a daily basis
- Building strategic relationships and partnering with influencers, agencies, and other key players in the industry
- Using UTMs and other tracking metrics to track all campaigns
- Collaborating with colleagues from across departments to ensure branding is consistent
- Ensuring that the brand remains recognizable, up-to-date, and exciting to customers across all social media platforms
- Handling product launch campaigns (including schedules, announcements, mood boards, product photography, outreach, and PR) and ensuring everything happens on schedule
- Measuring and reporting all marketing campaigns, sales data, ROI, and KPIs
- Creating detailed written reports and verbal presentations for senior executives
- Planning monthly advertisement campaigns, including creatives, videos, ad copies, captions, and more
- Planning and executing monthly in-house creator calendars
- Working closely with our Facebook and Google Ads Agency to create advertisements and write ad copies that are aligned with our brand voice
- Handling sale campaigns from planning to execution
- Managing photo and video shoots, including storyboards, mood boards, shortlisting of agencies / videographers and locations, direction of the shoot, execution, and overseeing editing
- Shaping and communicating our vision and mission
- Managing and promoting the public perception of the brand
- Handling any other creative-related projects and tasks that may come up
Qualifications
