Responsibilities As a Software Engineer IV - BE, you will :
Design and develop advanced applications and integrate new software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new application functionalities related to integrations with external software.
Actively participate in work planning during team meetings.
Conduct code reviews and support colleagues in maintaining code quality.
Develop software in PHP and related languages, adhering to established coding standards.
Troubleshoot and improve application performance.
Implement new technologies and continuously improve the development process.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director or authorized personnel.
Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to workforce management solutions like Humanity.
