About the job Head of Supply Chain - FMCG Supply Chain Management :

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality raw materials.

Production Management :

Oversee daily production operations to ensure products are prepared efficiently and meet quality standards.

Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all production targets and deadlines are met.

Logistics :

Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation.

Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to stores and customers.

Budgeting & Financial Management :

Develop and manage the supply chain and production budget.

Monitor expenses and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising quality or efficiency.

Compliance & Safety :

Ensure all supply chain and production activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in supply chain and production operations.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, integrating new technologies and methodologies where appropriate.

Leadership & Communication :

Lead a team of supply chain and productionli>

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Qualification :

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Masters is a strong plus).

Experience :

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
