Responsible for the day to day tasks of Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Dept. including maintenance, repair and overhauling of Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Chillers, Water Coolers, Direction Expansion Units, Split ACs, Floor Standing ACs and air distribution network. He will perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on HVAC equipment, keep maintenance records and update his supervisor on daily tasks. Specifically, you will be responsible to : carryout repair and maintenance jobs on HVAC equipment in an effective manner to keep these in running conditioning execute planned preventive maintenance activities on all HVAC equipment as per defined procedures to prevent frequent breakdowns and increase their life record all required information on job activity to maintain history and other relevant data in facilities and equipment management system inspect / observe assigned equipment / services to minimize breakdown and to obtain use feedback trouble shoots problems in HVAC equipment follow safety procedures at work any other related task as assigned by Supervisor Requirements

You must have : matric passed preferred Certificate course or Diploma in Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) 5 – 7 year of related work experience ability to understand and write simple Urdu and English To Apply
