Position Summary
We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst with 1 - 2.5 years of experience to support requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis. The ideal candidate should have foundational BA experience, be capable of independently handling small-to-medium features, and work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders for low-to-medium complexity features.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Support the development of BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with design teams to help create wireframes, mockups, and user journey maps.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure functional understanding.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain documentation on collaboration platforms such as Confluence.
- Track requirement changes and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
- Assist in UAT by reviewing test cases, validating requirements, and documenting issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.1 - 2.5 years of hands-on experience as a Associate BA or Business Analyst.Good understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum concepts.Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic process flows.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.Basic understanding of UX concepts and ability to visualize requirements.Technical Tools & Competencies :
