Call Center Representative (US Healthcare) We are looking for a vital and professionally sound Patient Support Coordinator for our international U.S. client. This role is essentially a front‑desk officer in the health sector based in the USA.
Job Summary Key responsibilities include patient assistance, scheduling appointments, and acting as a link between patients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
Patient assistance – receive and respond to patient calls regarding appointments, inquiries, and support services.
Scheduling – manage patient appointments with doctors and clinics.
Communication – serve as a link between patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements
O-A level, Fresh or Intermediate / Graduation.
Good written and spoken English communication with a neutral accent.
Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Resident of Gulistan‑e‑Johar preferred.
Working hours : Onsite night shift (8 pm to 5 am).
Hybrid or work‑from‑home opportunities are not available.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary : PKR 55,000 – 65,000 per month.
Attendance allowance : PKR 5,000.
