About Us : Badar Energy is a leading provider of advanced energy storage and solar solutions, known for high-voltage lithium batteries, hybrid inverters, and cutting-edge OEM / ODM offerings across Pakistan. With a growing dealer network and participation in major expos, we are now expanding our Karachi sales team. Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive (Solar) with a proven track record in B2B solar product sales. The role will focus on dealer networking, project-based selling, and OEM / OEM lead conversion, particularly in the Karachi and South region. Key Responsibilities : Develop and expand dealer / reseller network in assigned territory Identify and close OEM / ODM leads (especially during expo cycles) Conduct product demos and coordinate with technical team for project support Follow up with installers, contractors, and system integrators Meet monthly sales targets and report KPIs Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings on-site Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the solar energy sector (batteries, inverters, or solar systems) Strong technical understanding of lithium batteries, solar systems, and hybrid solutions Excellent negotiation and communication skills Karachi-based, with flexibility to travel within Sindh Existing client network in solar / energy sector is a strong plus What We Offer : Competitive salary + commissions Fuel allowance + business phone Fast-track growth opportunities based on performance Exposure at national-level expos and OEM platforms Supportive team, strong product portfolio, and high market potential
