Technical Recruiter We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across multiple domains such as software development, product management, data science, and IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of technical skill sets, sourcing strategies, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to define role requirements and desired skill sets.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other technical communities.
Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate interviews with technical teams.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive networking and relationship building.
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and market insights to ensure competitive hiring.
Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice within the tech community.
Prepare and present recruitment analytics and reports to management.
Requirements
1-2 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency setting).
Strong understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QA Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.
Hands‑on experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
