Responsibilities
- Back-end development of new functionality
- Participating in code and code reviews, documenting coding practices and, if possible, contributing to architecture discussions
- Communicating with stakeholders : PMs, developers, architects, QA engineers and other colleagues
- Delivering the product roadmap and planning for the future
- Handling complex problems during solution development and providing field support with creative and rapid solutions
- Ensuring high coding standards, writing highly testable, automatable and performant code across the SDLC
- Accelerated and productive development using AI tools
Requirements
More than 4 years of experience in commercial software developmentExcellent knowledge of computer science and computing theory : OOP, DDD, SOLID, TDD, BDDDatabase theory (RDBMS, NoSQL); Algorithms and data structuresDesign and knowledge of architectural and enterprise patternsUnderstanding of network protocols and conventions (e.g. HTTP, REST), authentication and authorization flowsExperience with NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, DynamoDB) and key-value stores (e.g. Redis, Memcached)Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Excellent knowledge and experience with C# and .NETExposure and hands-on experience with AI tools (preferably GitHub Copilot) and related coding approachesCommercial experience with ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, Dapper), RDBMS (especially SQL Server), testing frameworks (e.g. NUnit, XUnit, MSTest)Experience with REST API development for mobile applications and integration with 3rd party solutionsEnglish : Upper-intermediate or higherExperience with search engines (e.g. Elasticsearch, Azure Search)Personal skills
