VerraCloud is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Express.js & React)

with 5+ years of professional experience to join our fully remote team. This is a

project-based contract role

with competitive pay. As a key contributor, you’ll design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications while working in a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions. Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Express.js / Node.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features. Lead and participate in technical discussions to improve engineering best practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks & bugs. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability in all solutions. Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity. Requirements : 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience. Strong expertise with

React.js / Next.js

and modern frontend frameworks. Proficiency in

Express.js / Node.js

for backend API development. Familiarity with

PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and scalable database design . Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication.
