DAR-UL-MADINAH International Islamic School System has set an objective of improving conventional academic studies in conformity with Shari’ah. It is one of over 100 departments functioning under DAWAT-E-ISLAMI, a global and non-political movement for preaching the Holy Quran and Sunnah. Objective :
DAR-UL-MADINAH International Islamic School System is looking for a talented and experienced Education Manager to oversee its campuses located in Karachi city from Pre-Primary to Matric Level.
Main Responsibilities :
- Complete academic planning (syllabus break-up, academic calendar, timetable, and period distribution charts) at the city level of DAR-UL-MADINAH, make recommendations for examination and admission planning, and ensure proper implementation.
- Formulate recommendations for the policy of education, admission, examination, and discipline of Dar al-Madinah and ensure implementation of the policy approved by the MAJLIS.
- Suggest improvements for the quality of education and teaching, review syllabus coverage, and provide training for moderators and teachers.
- Assist in preparing necessary documents in accordance with the policy and academic calendar, ensure timely conduct of examinations, and review examination results.
- Review weekly attendance of moderators, identify problems, and provide solutions.
- Hold consultations with all organizers and keep a record of advice and present monthly performance to the MAJLIS.
- Visit campuses to identify issues and submit recommendations for resolution.
- Determine the need for new staff appointments and ensure timely hiring as per MAJLIS procedures.
- Guide campuses in preparing annual appraisals, recommendations for promotions / increments, and assist in budget preparation.
- Provide assistance in training schedules and analyze results and performance of the inspection and training department.
- Ensure civic advice from management and parents / guardians and resolve educational issues.
- Identify activities for the MADANI Channel and record them through the Media Department.
- Ensure participation of parents, students, faculty, and moderators in educational and organizational gatherings.
- Complete student admission, school registration, and affiliation issues across Madinah.
- Assist in reviewing and ensuring implementation of education, admission, examination, and discipline policies.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of work assigned by the MAJLIS.
Qualifications & Skills :
The incumbent should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
The applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant domain.
The applicant should possess strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
The applicant preferably should be able to join on immediate / short notice.
