Job Description :

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team and drive the companys technology strategy, innovation, and product development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a startup mindset someone motivated by ownership, innovation, and long-term growth rather than immediate high salary.

The CTO will oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of technology solutions while working closely with the executive team to align business objectives with technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the companys overall technology strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.

Oversee product development , software architecture, and technical infrastructure.

Manage and mentor engineering teams to ensure quality, scalability, and innovation.

Make strategic decisions regarding tech stack, tools, and development methodologies.

Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, HR, finance) for smooth execution of projects.

Represent the technology vision to investors, partners, and stakeholders.

Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance standards are maintained.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a technical leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, or Tech Lead).

Strong background in software development, architecture, and product lifecycle management.

Expertise in modern web / app frameworks, databases, and cloud technologies.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ownership and long-term value creation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation Structure :

This role offers a hybrid compensation model :

Modest base salary to sustain early growth operations.

Substantial equity or partnership share based on performance, milestones, and company valuation growth.
