Job Overview We are seeking experienced Inbound Sales Agents for a telecom campaign. Candidates must have a strong background in closing inbound sales and hands‑on experience with the Chuzo portal. You will be handling incoming calls from potential customers, guiding them through services, and finalizing orders using the Chuzo platform.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from US customers interested in telecom services.
Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating service benefits.
Use the Chuzo portal for order placement, updates, and compliance checks.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
Work closely with the team and follow call center protocols and quality benchmarks.
Training
1‑week paid training before starting live calls.
Training covers campaign details, sales scripts, and portal usage.

Requirements & Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in inbound sales (preferably telecom).
Chuzo portal experience is mandatory.
Strong English communication and sales conversion skills.
Target‑driven, professional, and punctual.
Must be available for on‑site work at our Lahore office.
Must be able to work the full 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM shift.
