Creative Content Specialist (Graphic Design & Video Editing)

Job descriptionVisual Asset Creation : Design compelling marketing graphics, digital banners, social media creatives, and e-commerce platform assets that drive engagement and clicks. Video Production : Script, shoot / source, edit, and produce high-quality video content (e.g., product demos, promotional clips, social reels) that enhances customer understanding and purchase intent. Branding Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with our marketing and branding teams to ensure all creative output effectively communicates the client's message and aligns with campaign goals. Quality & Consistency : Implement and maintain rigorous standards for visual style, ensuring a cohesive look across all digital channels and client projects. Trend Mastery : Continuously monitor the latest design and video trends in the e-commerce space to keep content fresh, innovative, and highly effective. Experience : At least 1 year of professional experience in a role combining Graphic Design and / or Video Editing. Portfolio : A comprehensive and diverse portfolio showcasing your creative range, technical skills, and experience with e-commerce or marketing-focused content. Skill Set : Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Aesthetic Focus : Exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, color, and motion principles. Professional Traits : Excellent time management, ability to prioritize projects, meet tight deadlines, and communicate complex creative ideas effectively within a team. Internet : Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds). Hardware : Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor (or equivalent) to handle rendering and complex software operations.
