Senior MERN Stack Developer

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will lead the technical design and implementation of web applications, ensuring an optimal user experience. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack. Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Implement and maintain APIs for connecting frontend to backend services. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming techniques to improve development processes. Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend framework development. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and microservices architecture. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience with DevOps practices and deployment strategies is a plus.
